See Nessa Barrett and Love Island USA‘s Rob Passenger Princess’ Video
Rob Rausch previously teased his appearance in the music video with Nessa Barrett on July 29.
Nessa Barrett proves that she is the ultimate “Passenger Princess” in the music video for the new single from her upcoming second album.
The music video premiered on Thursday, Aug. 1 and stars Love Island USA’s Rob Rausch as Barrett’s handsome driver and love interest in the steamy music video.
“Passenger Princess” — which was released on July 26 — is the first single from the 21-year-old singer’s second album Aftercare, set to release later this year. The track also marks Barrett’s first release since her 2023 EP Hell Is a Teenage Girl.
In the press release for the new track, Barrett explained that “’Passenger Princess’ “represents the intense honeymoon phase when you first enter in a new relationship — the mindset where you would do anything for the one you love just to experience the passion of a connection.”
The music video opens up to a scene in the women’s bathroom before Barrett comes into frame. She answers the phone and a mysterious voice — likely Rausch, 25 — tells her that “I’m here.”
Barrett walks out to the car to greet Rausch before she gets into his car and they drive off. Throughout the music video, Barrett and Rausch both have a hard time keeping their hands off each other as she sings “Can you feel my heartbeat / When you’re heading full speed / Anywhere you take me / I’ll go.”
